Fuse poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation for a gentle yoga experience. This class is great for beginners; tone muscles, balance better and move more freely. The Iyengar method is renowned for emphasis on alignment, use of props, longer stays in poses, specialist medical methods, and inversions.
You will work through a series of yoga postures and holds that will improve both body and mind.
Yoga mats and blocks are provided.
